NEW LIFE
Put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness. - Ephesians 4:22-24
Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
- Matthew 5:16
Living differently than the world is a cornerstone of The School of Transformation. We aim to look like Jesus in everything we do and invite you to join us. We will help you to walk in freedom and become a light to the world.
COMMUNITY
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. - Hebrews 10:24-25
Community is essential to a fruitful Christian life. We are not meant to do this alone, you are created for connection. Walking together in vulnerability, intimacy, and acceptance brings about great healing and joy. You will find your place in the School of Transformation community.
SERVING
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:13
“If anyone would be first, he must be last of all and servant of all.” - Mark 9:35
Love is made evident by actions, not words. You will have the opportunity to love a community in desperate need in practical ways and show them who Jesus is through your deeds.
Serving one another in love is another essential aspect of Christianity that you will walk out each day as you live and work together.
DISCIPLESHIP
Brothers, join in imitating me and keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example you have in us.
- Philippians 3:17
Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. - 1 Corinthians 1:11
Disciples follow their teacher and imitate them; we believe that following is how learning, growth, and transformation happens. At the School of Transformation you will be discipled and taught by trustworthy leaders, committed to seeing you thrive.
OBEDIENCE
Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
- Matthew - 7:24-25
If Jesus said it, then we believe it and act upon it. It's not enough to know the Bible; we want to live it. You will be inspired and challenged to obey the words of Jesus every day.
